Power Salad

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop lettuce greens. Place in a bowl.
  2. Slice the orange in half, squeeze the juice over the greens. Scrape out the flesh, chop, and toss within salad, as well.
  3. Grate the turmeric root. Toss it in the salad with the EVOO, AVC, salt, and pepper.
