  1. In a mason jar, add 2 tbs of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of berries to 1/2 cup of #dairyfree milk. Let sit for about 10-15 min, until pudding-like. Blend together greens and a banana (and protein if using) Pour smoothie over chia seed mixture, and enjoy the deliciousness!
